入學暨來台相關規定 Admissions and Regulations for coming to Taiwan | ||||
▊ 入學來台規定
開學日期：
本校約於 9 月間開學，詳見入學通知所訂日期。凡獲分發之學生，務須於開學前抵臺，並持分發通知書辦理入學手續。
註銷或保留入學資格：
業經核准分發，因事未能如期來臺入學者，必須將原分發通知書寄至駐外館處轉寄僑務委員會逕行註銷。如欲保留入學資格，應依本校規定之日期、條件逕向錄取學校申請保留入學資格，逾期不予受理。
健保：
海外來臺就學之僑生及港澳生依全民健康保險法規定，在臺連續居留滿6個月或其曾出境1次未逾30日，其實際居住期間扣除出境日數後，併計達6個月之日起，應參加全民健康保險，至應繳保費額度則依相關規定辦理。家境清寒者得於赴臺前取得經駐外館處或保薦單位、僑校、僑團等機關或單位（非個人）開立之中文清寒證明文件(外文須譯成中文)向本校申請，經審查符合資格者，由僑務委員會補助保費自付額二分之一。另抵臺後在未參加全民健康保險前，得依僑生傷病醫療保險作業要點規定，參加僑生傷病醫療保險，保費自行負擔二分之一，僑務委員會補助二分之一。
According to the Taiwan’s National Health Insurance (NHI) Law, Overseas Chinese Students, including Hong Kong and Macau students, who have been living in Taiwan for 6 consecutive months and have left Taiwan once for not more than 30 days (, the actual number of days will exclude the days leaving Taiwan in the 30 days period) will be required to be insured by the National Health Insurance. For those who are in straitened circumstances should obtain relevant proof statement (foreign language must be translated into Chinese) from foreign affairs embassy, sponsor unit, foreign schools, and certain proven agency in your home country before departing to Taiwan. Relevant statement will be required during the school registration. For those who are qualified, half of the fees will be waived from the Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission. Before receiving the National Health Insurance, all Overseas Chinese Students will be required to be insured under the Overseas Chinese Medical Insurance for 6 months, and half of the fees will be subsidized by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission in Taiwan.
居留證相關規定：
居留證 Alien Resident Certificate (ARC)
- 為持有人在臺之合法身分證明文件。
- 持居留簽證入臺後，請於入境次日(或居留簽證簽發日起15天內)，向居住地之各縣市服務站申辦外僑居留證。
- 居留證到期前30日內務必辦理居留證延期。
- 居留證若在境外逾期，應在境外申辦簽證入境後，至服務站重新辦理居留證，不可以逾期之居留證繳交罰鍰後續辦居留證。
- 若居留證遺失，請攜帶申請書、護照、相片1張、在學證明、報案證明或遺失居留證聲明書至移民署辦理補發。
- 港澳具外國國籍之華裔學生，其入臺手續及居留換證比照外國學生辦理。
- Prove of legal identity staying in Taiwan.
- Resident Visa holders are required to apply for the ARC at the local office of the Ministry of Interior National Immigration Agency on the next day upon arrival or within 15 days of the issue of your resident visa.
- A foreign national shall apply for an extension within 30 days before his/her period of residency expires if they have to continue their visiting or residency in Taiwan.
- If the ARC has expired when you are in foreign countries, you should apply for a resident visa abroad and re-apply for a new ARC at the local office, and are not allowed to pay for over-due penalty and re-use the original ARC
- If your ARC is lost, bring along with the completed application form, passport (original and copy), one 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm color photo, enrollment certificate and police report or "Statement of Lost ARC" to the Immigration Agency for re-issuing.
- Chinese students from Hong Kong and Macau holding foreign nationality may refer to application process for international students in dealing with arrival procedures and ARC
臺灣地區居留入出境證 Taiwan area resident and entry/exit certificate
- 港澳生入臺前須申請香港澳門居民入境許可(可停留3個月)，入境完成體檢後，攜帶應備文件至移民署辦理臺灣地區居留入出境證。
- 居留證效期到期前30日內務必辦理居留證延期。
- Hong Kong and Macau students must apply for an entry permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents before entering Taiwan (able to stay for 3 months). Documents should be prepared for application of entry/exit certificate at the Immigration Agency in Taiwan after completing medical examination
- A foreign national shall apply for an extension within 30 days before his/her period of residency expires if they have to continue their visiting or residency in Taiwan
