Internship in Talent AB Program by the Far Eastern Group 

Talent A Program

Eligibility: YZU current students of undergrad Year 4 (Senior) or Graduate Year 2 and above

Language Requirement: Proficient in Chinese 

Student interns will be selected through recruitment into Far Eastern Group's enterprises. In order to provide students with reserve cadre training, the cooperative enterprise will designate middle and senior managers to lead internship students.

• Credit waiver
• Employment is guaranteed to those who perform well during internships.

Talent B Program

Eligibility: YZU current students of undergrad Year 3 (Junior) and above

• (MUST hold YZU student status throughout internship period)

Language Requirement: Proficient in Chinese 

Student interns will be placed in small and medium-sized enterprises in Taoyuan.

BENEFITS of Talent B Program

• Develop leadership, organization, and creativity skills by gaining practical experience.
• Credit waiver 
• Upon completion of the internship, you may apply for the Talent A Program in the next semester, followed by the winter break internship and a four-month training program.
• Upon passing the enterprise assessment, you can immediately take up a full-time position in the original internship unit after graduation.

[Internship Jpb Platform] Global Internship Facilitation of Taiwan, GIFT

Global Internship Facilitation of Taiwan (GIFT) is an online internship job search platform under the funding and guidance of the Ministry of Education in 2018. Via GIFT you can search for internship jobs, apply for them online and administer your applications. It connects more than 200 enterprises and has sent over 300 students to internships located in countries such as Taiwan, Italy, Indonesia, Vietnam, and India.

Moreover, to remain in line with the policies of the Ministry of Education, GIFT expanded its services to all citizens under the age of 30 to register as members and search for internships. It is open to the public for registration and its services are free of charge.

Students can gain some social experience and lay a good foundation for their future job through internships, which is very important for their job development.
