(MASSACHUSETTS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY- YUAN ZE UNIVERSITY)
為拓展學生國際視野,激發對資訊科技、語言及文化的興趣與了解,元智大學特別與世界知名的美國麻省理工學院MIT- International Education Program合作,自2008年起,每年暑假針對高中生及大專生舉辦MY Camp MIT&YZU英語體驗營學員在活動中不僅能向MIT的海外實習團隊學習專業知識,更能透過全英文課程充實暑假生活。

- Duration: July 13- July 24
* MIT-YZU Camp: July 13-July 17
* Culture Trip: July 20 - July 24
- Application Period: February 1 – April 15
- Location: Taoyuan City, Taiwan, R.O.C.
- Teaching Language: English
- Target Group: Technically-inclined high school/ university students between the ages of 16 and 25
- Activity quota: 10-30 people

Students will participate in different workshops from the following courses:
STEM:
- Bio-Inspired Robotics
- Competition Math
- Counting & Probability
- Design Thinking
- Game Design(computer lab)
- Gears & Mechanisms
- Genetics
- Graphic Design
- Intro Fluid Dynamics
- Machine Learning(computer lab)
- Polymers
- Robotics
Culture Trip:
- 新北市New Taipei City:九份Jiufen、淡水Tamsui
- 台北市Taipei City:台北101 Taipei 101、西門町Ximending、士林夜市Shilin Night Market、 信義商圈Xinyi District, Fashion Central
- 宜蘭縣Yilan:礁溪老街 Jiaoxi Old Street、礁溪溫泉公園Jiaoxi Hot Springs Park
- 台中市Taichung City:中社花海Chungshe Tourist Flower Market、高美濕地Gaomei Wetlands、梧棲漁港Wuqi Fisherman’s Wharf
* If you wish to receive credit at your home institution for work completed at YZU, you are encouraged to obtain pre-approval for your summer courses and should determine the correct procedures for credit transfer with your home institution. In many cases, the transfer process will require the review of course materials, including a course overview or syllabus. When available, course syllabi are available on the Courses page or on https://sites.google.com/g.yzu.edu.tw/mycamp/index.

Accommodation will be arranged by Yuan Ze University and is included in the program fee. Each student will have a double room in an upscale accommodation.

- The program fee includes tuition, study materials, orientation, travel insurance, field trips transportation, breakfast, and housing
- Not includes airfare, visa application fee, lunch, dinner, and personal expenses.
- Registrations will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. If applications are oversubscribed before this deadline, YZU will stop accepting applications without further notice.

▊ 退款政策 Refund Policy
- The program fee is 50% refundable if the student cancels the program before May 1 17:00.
- The program fee is not refundable if the student cancels the program after May 1 17:00.
- The program fee is fully refundable if YZU cancels the program.
*Please note our program is a package, including some optional activities. The fee for activities won't be refunded if you choose to be absent from these activities.

Individual Registration
Step 1: Before Registering -- Prepare your documents, ID photo, copy of passport, student ID
Step 2: Register online
Step 3: Wait for the confirmation letter and total fees, then pay the fees by electronic bank transfers, e-mail your receipt to iadept@g.yzu.edu.tw
Group Registration
Step 1: Finish the Registration Steps1-2 above.
Step 2: Group leader please fill the Group Application form, e-mail to iadept@g.yzu.edu.tw.
Step 3: Wait for the confirmation letter and total fees, then pay the fees by electronic bank transfers, e-mail your receipt to iadept@g.yzu.edu.tw
